The Malthouse self catering accommodation is adjoined to the Malthouse Farm which together form one of the oldest buildings in Wheathill.

The Malthouse is peacefully located in the hamlet of Wheathill, which nestles in the picturesque foothills of the Shropshire Hills, a designated area of Natural Outstanding Beauty. The Malthouse is surrounded by idyllic countryside with public footpaths and bridle paths crossing the area, providing excellent opportunities to explore the great outdoors.

The area is ideal for walking, riding, fishing or just relaxing! The medieval town of Ludlow, with its historic castle, market square, specialist shops and Michelin starred restaurants, is within easy reach by car. Further afield Shrewsbury, Ironbridge Gorge and Hereford are all within an hours drive and offer many attractions.

The nearest shop and post office is in the village of Cleobury North, approximately five miles away, whilst more extensive amenities are available in the nearby towns of Ludlow (8 miles) and Bridgnorth (12 miles).

As there is limited public transport in the area a car is essential.
